I'm keeping a small number of in-person babywearing sessions running while I make space for family life with my new baby.
Rather than offering regular weekly appointments, I'm hoping to release a small number of studio sessions each month, with the date for the next roughly updated around a month ahead. It's a deliberately small-scale way of working, relaxed, practical and friendly, with plenty of room for the normal reality of babies: feeds, changes, cuddles and the occasional wobble.

Need more individual support?
If you'd like help with several questions, more than one carrier, different carries, multiple wearers or something particularly specific to you and your baby, a Quick Support session or Full Consultation is likely to be a better fit. These appointments have more time for you and can be tailored to what you actually need, and will still exisit in their current format, just availability of these will be bookable on my studio dates and I'll be trialing with my newborn will be in tow, so kindly ask for your patience!

Can I hire a sling/carrier only?
Yes! Sling hire is still available. With slight tweaks to prices from Mid-October 2026.
£5 per item per week | Max 4 weeks - unless we agree otherwise in advance
While your hire will need to be picked up on a studio day, I will include instructions with your hire re extending.
You can drop-off to my 'drop place' at any time - just ping me an email when this is done! We'll agree on your hire carrier before collection, which will be based-around what you'd like to use it for, what's suitable for you and your baby, and of course availability.

Sling options may need to be more limited. If I can't offer you a specific sling I will point you to other services. Need it for a particular date? Please plan ahead – I'll need to make sure the right carrier is available and arrange collection around the nearest Studio Date.

New to stretchy wrapping? Learn a straightforward, newborn-friendly stretchy-wrap carry in a small, relaxed group.
We'll cover:

You'll practise with your own baby where possible.
Demo dolls are available for pregnant attendees or anyone who needs one. Opportunity for free photo fitcheck with baby post-session, you'll get some recap resources too.
Is this the right session for me?

Suitable during pregnancy and for babies in the early months (roughly up to 12 weeks). The session lasts around an hour, with plenty of flexibility for feeds, changes and cuddles. One person will do the practical hands-on learning. A second adult can attend and observe.​

This is a **practical small-group workshop**, ideal if you want to learn one useful stretchy-wrap carry without the cost of a full consultation.

If baby has additional needs i.e premature, or you have additional considerations such as mobility issues, you have several questions, multiple carriers/carries, more than one wearer needing hands-on help, or need more personalised support, a Full Consultation will be a better fit.

Using a sling or carrier but something isn't quite working? Bring it along and we'll tweak things as needed, I'll talk through the what we're doing and whys as we go.

Please arrive with your carrier on and baby in to make the most of your session time. I'll work with your existing carrier where it can be used safely and appropriately. If your carrier isn't suitable or your question needs more time, I'll explain why and recommend the most appropriate next step.

Please note
This is a **quick, focused check**, not a full consultation. It's not suitable for sling shopping, learning several carries or troubleshooting multiple issues. If you/baby have other additional health or medical needs we'll cover what we can, but a more in-depth consultation will likely be a better fit.
Booking
Clinic appointments will usually be released a week before each Studio Day, once I know things are viable.

Let's break it down
1. Dates are released in advance
I'll announce the next Studio Day approximately a month ahead.
2. Book the session that's right for you
You can book a workshop, clinic or consultation depending on the support you need.
3. Your place is confirmed once payment is received
Payment is made in advance to keep the system simple and avoid chasing unpaid bookings.
4. Come along and we'll take it from there
Bring your sling, baby and any questions you'd like help with.
And don't worry if your baby needs feeding, changing or settling during the session, that's very much part of babywearing life!
​I'm starting with one Studio Day a month and will see how it works for local families and for family life.
If demand is good and the format works well, I hope to increase this to two Studio Days a month in the new year.

Booking & Cancellation T's and C's

Because these are deliberately small and/or scheduled sessions, each booking makes a difference to whether a Studio Day is viable.

Full payment is required on booking to secure your place – bank transfer details on booking page.

Workshop cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice can be refunded or transferred to a future scheduled workshop.

Later cancellations and no-shows aren't normally refundable or transferable, as your place has been reserved specifically for you.

If something very unexpected happens, please get in touch. I'll always try to be reasonable where I can.

For Sling Clinic appointments, the same 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
